Camille, jeune interne en médecine, mène une vie bien sous tous rapports jusqu'au moment où Michel entre aux urgences après s'être fait agresser. Camille va devoir s'en occuper, situation qui va bouleverser la petite vie idéale qu'il s'était construite. En effet, Michel est un ami du passé, celui qui, faisant office de miroir, est capable de refléter la véritable identité de Camille, ce dernier refoulant ses sentiments, sans forcément s'en rendre compte, malgré les doutes qui le surprennent.
